Quadrant Mall, heritage renovations Launceston

The Quadrant Mall heritage renovation Launceston, was a beautiful piece of heritage work completed in Launceston’s CBD. The highly skilled tradesmen involved paved the way into this town house with impressive lift access and a sandstone entrance which features heritage handrails and balustrades produced by MG Steel. Internally, Chris Easther put some incredible traditional Georgian detail into the plasterwork. The insertion, by JJ Joinery of finely-crafted double hung timber windows, featuring old pulleys and cast iron weights, as well as French doors, and period mouldings and skirtings brought this renovation back to its heritage beginnings. Overall this stunning town house has blended seamlessly into the historic Victorian shops and heritage attractions within the Quadrant Mall.
